StayLoyal Software Inc. builds digital loyalty cards for local businesses. Customers join by QR code, save a pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and return with something already familiar on their phone.
Why we are building it
Repeat business deserves a simpler system.
Paper stamp cards are familiar, but they disappear. Many loyalty apps ask customers to install and remember one more piece of software. Enterprise platforms can be more infrastructure than an independent business needs.
StayLoyal takes a narrower approach: give the customer a branded Wallet pass, give staff a browser-based scanner, and give the owner one workspace for programs, customers, locations, and loyalty activity.
The merchant controls the reward and relationship. StayLoyal provides the operating tools around it.
