How StayLoyal works
Create the program, place its QR code where customers can see it, save the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and use a phone browser to add stamps or redeem rewards.
Choose a stamp goal, reward, colors, logo, and customer-facing program details.
A customer scans the business QR code and enters the information required by that program.
Staff scan the saved pass to add a stamp or redeem an available reward.
The merchant starts with a draft. A stamp program defines how many visits or qualifying purchases lead to a reward and what that reward is. The card studio previews the branded pass before it goes live.
Drafts do not require payment. Activating a program requires a paid plan because activation enables customer enrollment and pass issuance.
Each active program has a public enrollment link and QR code. A business can put it on a counter sign or share the link through its existing channels. The customer completes the required fields and chooses the supported wallet for their phone.
StayLoyal creates a customer pass and preserves the customer-program relationship in the merchant workspace. Contact details are not treated as proof that someone owns an existing secret pass.
A staff member opens the scanner, scans the customer's QR, and selects an action allowed by the program state. A completed stamp goal can be redeemed before the next stamp is added. Transaction records support recent activity and reporting.
Owners and managers can review programs, customers, locations, and activity. Reported events describe loyalty activity; they should not be presented as point-of-sale revenue or guaranteed unique store visits.
Pro and Ultimate include Wallet campaigns. Choose a program or selected customers, write the message, and send now or schedule it for later. You can also start a message from a card or customer record, then see recipients and delivery status in Campaigns.
Set up a Google review request after the first qualifying loyalty activity and choose its delay. Link your programs to locations for nearby Wallet suggestions. Quiet hours and customer messaging preferences help keep follow-ups relevant; Wallet controls whether a visible alert or nearby suggestion appears.
Ask StayLoyal is the AI loyalty assistant for owners and managers on Pro and Ultimate. Ask about the last 7, 30, or 90 days, compare recent weeks, find your regulars, or see who has not returned after a reward. It can focus on one program or location.
Ask for an offer and it drafts an audience and message. Review and send opens a pre-filled campaign; you remain in control of sending it. Your conversations are private to your account and workspace, and you can reopen or delete them.
Answers use loyalty activity rather than purchase revenue or forecasts. Customer contact details are not sent to the AI. Pro includes 100 questions per workspace per month, and Ultimate includes 300.
