Digital loyalty cards
StayLoyal gives small businesses a branded digital loyalty card for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Customers join from a QR code, use the pass on their phone or compatible smartwatch, and your team records progress with a browser-based scanner—without another loyalty app.

Staff scan the customer's pass from a supported phone browser to add progress or redeem.

A digital loyalty card is a customer pass that replaces a paper punch card or a separate loyalty app. It can show the business name, current reward progress, customer details, and the next benefit a customer is working toward.
StayLoyal issues passes for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. A customer can return to the pass from their phone wallet and access supported passes on compatible Apple Watch or Wear OS devices, while the merchant manages the program from a web dashboard.
Create a program, choose the number of stamps needed, describe the reward, and add your branding. Once the program is active, share its QR code online or on a counter sign.
At checkout, a team member opens the StayLoyal scanner, scans the customer's pass, and records an allowed action. Owners and managers can review customers and loyalty activity from the same workspace.
On Pro and Ultimate, send a Wallet campaign to a whole program or selected customers, schedule it for later, and follow its delivery status. Set up a review request after the first qualifying loyalty activity, with the Google review link for the right location.
Connect programs to store locations so Wallet can surface a saved card nearby. Ask StayLoyal helps owners and managers understand recent loyalty activity and customer groups, then draft a campaign to review before sending.
Start with the customer experience: how many steps are required to join, whether an app is mandatory, and whether the card is easy to find on a return visit. Then check how staff record progress and how permissions work across locations.
Also compare capacity definitions carefully. A customer-pass limit is different from active programs, Wallet saves, team seats, or transactions. StayLoyal publishes separate limits so a business can understand what changes between plans.
