Do my customers need another app?
No loyalty app. Customers scan your QR code, enter their details, and save their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. They bring up that pass when they visit.
Do I need a new scanner or POS system?
No new hardware is required. Your team can use the StayLoyal scanner in a supported phone browser to scan a customer's pass, add stamps, and redeem rewards. It works alongside your existing checkout.
Can I make it look like my business?
Yes. Add your logo, choose your brand colors, and set your loyalty reward. Every paid plan includes Apple and Google Wallet passes without a StayLoyal watermark.
What can I do before paying?
You can sign up, create a draft loyalty program, and preview your card without a payment method. Choose and activate a paid plan when you're ready to issue live passes.
Can I use it across multiple locations?
Yes. Starter includes 1 location, Pro includes up to 5, and Ultimate includes up to 20. Each plan also includes team access, so staff can help run your program.
