Shared program rules
Keep the same reward description and Wallet pass experience across participating branches.
Multi-location loyalty program
StayLoyal gives growing local businesses one workspace for programs, team access, customer passes, and location-attributed loyalty activity.
Keep the same reward description and Wallet pass experience across participating branches.
Assign staff to the locations where they work and keep scanner actions focused.
Eligible plans can break down loyalty events by location without presenting them as POS revenue.
StayLoyal separates active-location, team-member, active-program, and customer-pass limits. Pro includes up to 5 active locations and 10 team members; Ultimate includes up to 10 active locations and 25 team members.
Manage locations in one searchable list, edit their details on a dedicated page, and link them to the right loyalty programs. Inactive locations do not use an active-location slot, and deactivating a location keeps its history.
Owners and managers administer the workspace while scanner staff focus on customer loyalty actions. Location assignment helps keep the scanner tied to the branch where the action occurs.
A shared loyalty program still needs operational ownership. Document who can change reward terms, onboard team members, correct actions, and respond to customer questions.
Link loyalty programs to participating locations and add a nearby Wallet reminder. Give each location its Google review link so a first-visit review request points customers to the right shop.
On Pro and Ultimate, owners and managers can compare branch activity and ask StayLoyal questions about a particular program or location. The assistant can also prepare a segment-based Wallet campaign for the merchant to review and send.
Eligible plans include program, customer, daily, and location reporting. These reports summarize enrollments and loyalty events recorded in StayLoyal.
They do not automatically prove a purchase, revenue amount, or unique physical visit. Businesses should combine loyalty data with their own checkout records when evaluating financial performance.
