Restaurant loyalty program

Give repeat diners a loyalty card they can keep in their Wallet.

StayLoyal helps restaurants run a digital stamp program with QR enrollment, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, and a browser-based scanner for authorized staff.

Quick to join

A table, counter, or receipt-area QR can open the restaurant's enrollment page.

No customer app

Diners save the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet instead of installing another app.

Built for a team

Authorized hosts, cashiers, or servers can record permitted loyalty actions from a supported browser.

Choose a reward that fits the restaurant

A restaurant program should use a rule that both diners and staff can explain quickly. The business decides which purchases qualify, when a stamp is awarded, and what an earned reward includes.

Use specific reward wording and identify exclusions such as alcohol, delivery orders, premium add-ons, or limited service periods when they apply. StayLoyal presents the terms; the restaurant remains responsible for the offer.

  • Set one clear qualifying action
  • Name the exact reward
  • Publish important exclusions
  • Train every participating shift on the same rule

Fit loyalty into the checkout flow

The customer can join before ordering, at the counter, or while paying. On a later visit, staff scan the QR shown on the saved pass and choose an action allowed by its current state.

StayLoyal is not a payment terminal or order-management system. Restaurants should reconcile refunds, qualifying purchases, and revenue in their existing operational tools.

  • Public QR enrollment
  • Apple Wallet and Google Wallet save choices
  • Browser-based staff scanner
  • Add, correct, and redeem actions

Give diners a reason to return

On Pro and Ultimate, send a Wallet offer to a whole loyalty program or selected diners, with a schedule that fits your service. A first-visit Google review request can follow a qualifying loyalty activity and point to the right restaurant location.

Ask StayLoyal helps owners and managers compare loyalty activity across programs and branches, identify regulars who have not returned, and draft a campaign for review. It does not use order revenue or make a reservation on the customer's behalf.

  • Targeted and scheduled Wallet campaigns
  • First-visit Google review links
  • Program and branch insights
  • Merchant-approved campaign drafts

Operate one restaurant or several locations

An independent restaurant can run a focused program with a small team. Growing groups can choose plans with additional locations, team members, active programs, and customer-pass capacity.

Eligible plans include location and activity reporting. These are loyalty-program signals, not guaranteed unique visits or point-of-sale revenue.

  • Role-aware team access
  • Location attribution when configured
  • Published capacity for predictable planning
  • Contact sales for approved capacity above public limits

Questions businesses ask

Clear answers before you start.

Does StayLoyal integrate with restaurant POS systems?

No direct POS integration is currently claimed. Staff use the StayLoyal scanner alongside the restaurant's existing checkout.

Can customers join from a table QR code?

Yes. A restaurant can share its public enrollment QR wherever it fits the service flow, including a table or counter sign.

Can multiple restaurant locations use the program?

Yes, within the selected plan's location and team limits. Ultimate includes up to 10 locations, and approved custom capacity is available through contact sales.

Can the program reward visits or purchases?

The restaurant defines the qualifying rule and reward in its customer-facing terms. StayLoyal records loyalty actions; it does not independently verify purchase value.
